COLORADO WATER CONSERVATION BOARD

Mr. Bailey called the recessed meeting of December 30, 1953 to order
at 10:30 A.M. Dan Hunter was unable to be present and had given his
proxy to Senator Williams. Mr. Hinderlider was also unable to be
present at the opening of the meeting. Mr. Hezmalhalch took his
place.

Dear Dean:

Am leaving for Miami, Florida on January 4th,
and will not return in time for the meeting on
January 14th. Therefore am requesting that State
Senator Lew Williams of Norwood, Colorado be per-
mitted to act as my proxy, at the meeting of the
Colorado Water Conservation Board which is to con-
vene in Denver, Colorado on January 14, 1954.

the differences that exist between the Eastern and Western Slope,
and we were unable to agree on anything".

present to us. Does any Board Member have remarks?"

Planning Committee, Which I would like to read to the Boardn.
