Version I is (he <br />original 1995 language; version 2 is the 2002 updated language; version 3 is the section included <br />in the October 2004 draft; and version 4 is sub-committee's proposed 2005 revised section. <br /> <br />Comparison of the versions shows minor changes occurred between the 1995 and 2002 versions. <br />Considerable revisions occurred between the 2002 and 2004 versions. <br />
