Information from various <br />chapters has been consolidated into a new outline (see attachment I for a side by side <br />comparison of the 1995 and 2005 Program Document outlines).The revised Program Document <br />was restructured and edited to remove repetitive, redundant, conflicting and outdated <br />infonnation. This was done with the intent to update the document with new information learned <br />over the past 10 years.
