burden of carrying on on the Narrows Unit,
the investigations on the Poudre, and the
South Fork of the Platte, with the necessity
of carrying on and bridging the gap without
loss of time. We have selected Mr. Morry
Droskin to take over those duties and he is
here with us today. I would like to introduce
him to the Board at this time. Mr. Droskin,
will you stand?

The reconnaissance report on the upper
South Platte Unit was reviewed by the Commis-
sioner. We are now in the process of print-
ing this in final form and it should be avail-
able to you for information purposes in the
near future. In the interim we are proceed-
ing with the collection of detailed geologic
data at the damsi te on the South Fork. We
have completed construction of temporary
bridges to facilitate this work. The hydro~
logic studies for the feasibility investiga-
tions have been started. So we are losing no
time in moving forward on the feasibility
studies of the unit.

The st. Vrain Unit has been limited to
the activities involved in Steering Committee
meetings, exchange of information and being of
whatever service we can to those interests.

We are completing the design stages for
Idylwilde Reservoir on the poudre and the
hydrology studies are nearing completion. We
are beginning to get to the point where we
will draw that plan together.

On the Trinidad Project we are working
on the initial phases of repayment contract
negotiations. An important problem on the
Trinidad project is the transfer of the Model
decree to the Trinidad Reservoir. Tentative
approval for transfer of the storage rights
was given but there have been additional hear-
ings scheduled, originally for April 9th but
we now understand that these will be finalized
tomorrow.
