The Plan shall <br /> <br />be based on existing Federal, State,: and local plans, but shall <br /> <br />coordinate those plans and present a unified preservation, restoration <br /> <br />and conservation plan for the Area. The Plan shall-- <br /> <br /> <br />(1) provide an inventory which includes any property <br /> <br /> <br />in the Area which should he preserved, restored, managed, <br /> <br /> <br />developed, maintained, or acquired because of its national <br /> <br /> <br />sdentific, scenic or enviromne~tal significance; <br /> <br />(2) recommend polici~s for resource management <br /> <br />which consider and detail the application of appropriate land <br />and water management techniq\!les, including the development <br /> <br />of intergovernmental cooperative agreements, that will protect <br /> <br />the Area's natural, scenic, ,and wildlife resources and <br /> <br />environment; <br /> <br />(3) recommend policies for resource management to <br /> <br />provide for protection of the Area for solitude, quiet use, and <br /> <br />pristine natural values; <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />DRAFf.
