This is an application for approval of a plan for augmentation and exchange on the <br />Blue River near Breckenridge in Summit County (see attached map). The applicant is <br />proposing 130 AF of out-of-priority storage within the Swan River Water System Ponds, <br />Goose Pasture Tarn, and Breckenridge Reservoirs Nos. 1 and 2 by exchange with releases <br />of water decreed to Clinton Gulch Reservoir.
