Review and Approval of March 1999 Board Minutes <br />Tape I, Start/Stop: 0595 - 0650 <br />Action: A motion was made by David Smith that the March 1999 minutes be <br />accepted as presented. The motion was seconded by Ray Werner and <br />approved unanimously (9-0). A motion was made by Patricia Wells that the <br />Board actions taken at the March Meeting be ratified. The motion was <br />seconded by Eric Kuhn and approved unanimously (9-0). A correction to the <br />introductory paragraphs for both days was noted to read "Castle Rock" as the <br />location of the March meeting. <br /> <br />3.
