<br />> <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />The following described changes to Rule 10.00 were initially adopted in 1998, and will <br />be readopted in this rulemaking. The changes incorporate the statutory requirements of ~ 37- <br />92-102(4). The changes to Rule 10,00 clarify the public review processes that apply to <br />modifications under the Recovery Implementation Program and where criteria for such <br />modifications will be established. Rule 10.00 also modifies requirements of written <br />determinations of the Board and expanded the public review process for modifications. <br /> <br />Modifications were made to Rule 12.00 to streamline and clarify certain notice <br />procedures. <br /> <br />EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> <br />The additions and changes contained in Rule 5,00 and 12.00 herein will become <br />effective on December 31,1999, Those additions and changes to Rule 10.00 incorporating <br />statutory requirements are effective to the extent the law already requires them. To the extent <br />the rules add to those statutory requirements the rules are effective 20 days after publication of <br />the final rules in the Colorado Register. <br /> <br />SPECIFIC STATUTORY AUTHORITY <br /> <br />The statutory authority for the additions and amendments to the ISF Rules is found at <br />~ 37-60-108 C.R.S.
