"Well then, the March meeting will
be in Fort Collins. The second Wednes-
day in March. Are we still being invited
to Craig in the summer?"

"Don't come over there now."

"I think there are some matters we
will take up at our luncheon meeting of
the Board but that concludes our agenda.

First of all, we are delighted to see
such a large group participate with us,
especially the Legislature and other
friends of water in Colorado and if any
of them would like to comment on the
meeting or the work of this Board, or
anything connected with water, we would
be delighted to hear from you at this
. time."

"A bill has been introduced in the
Senate and it has been ordered printed,
to change (it was introduced by Senator
Gill) the law that has been announced by
the Supreme Court to the effect that all
waters are presumed to be tributary to
a stream. Now when that is printed it
will be considered by the Committee. It
was defeated in the Senate two years ago
by one vote so you people that are inter-
ested, wells or otherwise, you should be
alerted and your people should be alerted
that this thing is going to be up in the
Senate."

"Thank you, Senator Ham. I happened
to run into Senator Gill and he seemed
to be going all out again this year.

"Are there any other comments from
anyone here?"

"May I say something about the Fort
Collins meeting? I talked to President
Morgan this morning before I left and he
told me that he would be very happy to
provide meeting facilities for the Board
and other groups that would like to meet
there. It will take about two hours to
