Board as to where they would like to
meet. I, for one, have encouraged meet-
ing outside as I know others have. I
think it would be in order to have a
March meeting outside of Denver unless
the Legislature would like us, for one
reason or another, to meet in Denver dur-
ing the last part of their session."

MR. BARNARD, JR.: "I might suggest that the invitation
to meet at Fort Collins was extended by
Colorado State University and I did have
something of a hand in that. While I am
always happy to go back to the old home
town, I think that this particular schedul-
ing would be of interest to the Board mem-
bers. One thing we had in mind was taking
a look also at the Colorado State Univer-
sity Hydraulics Laboratory which is quite
a thing up there. I am interested in see-
ing it myself and we thought perhaps the
Board members would be similarly inter-
ested. In that connection, I am authorized
to call our meeting of the Water Congress
Executive Committee at Fort Collins and
Mr. Barkley was authorized to call a meet-
ing of the Investigation Commission at
Fort Collins. If we can put the thing
together, I think it would produce quite
a water session up there, if the Board
could also authorize its Director to ar-
range a meeting at Fort Collins."

MR. STAPLETON:

"I would like to know the pleasure of
the Board."

MR. MILLER:

"I would like to urge the Board to
meet at Fort Collins."

MR. STAPLETON:

"Is there any objection to that? I
think transportation can be worked out."

MR. SPARKS: "We can arrange transportation from
Denver for those who come in by public
transportation to this point."

MR. BARNARD, JR.: "I think Mr. Miller commented, or some-
one Commented yesterday from up in that
vicinity that they want to see us have to
get up early in the morning for a change."
