carry you through? I am thinking about
perhaps suggesting to the Board about
meeting around the 28th of this month.
Do you need a firm answer or would you
like some type of a resolution at this

MR. BARNARD, SR.: "The answer is both 'yes' and 'no',
Ben, because there is plenty of work to be
done before the next meeting of the Board,
that's certain, but. I think from Mr. Sparks'
standpoint, he would like to know whether
or not the Board feels that these investiga~
tions that I have outlined, plus su'ch others
as he may anticipate, should be made as
quickly as can be.

In other words, there is one thing
that has been bothering us which is the
matter of the abstracting of this testi-
mony. That is a tremendous job. Somebody
has got to be put to that. Does the Board
feel that that should be done? If so, then
Mr. Sparks and I can get together and we can
'try and figure out what it would cost so
that we can have an answer for the Board."

outlined here and to bring before this Board
at our next meeting an estimated cost of
carrying the report on further so that money
can be appropriated by this Board."

I think that gives you an expression
from all of us that this is important, vital
and the kind of work that we would like to
have completed as quickly as possible in the
