3. Review and Approve Meeting Minutes
a. July 2001 Meeting Item #4 Director's Reports - Gunnison River Issues
Action: Staff transcribed this portion of the minutes as requested by Greg Hoskin and
Greg Hoskin was satisfied with what action should be taken by the Board. A
motion was made by Eric Wilkinson to accept these findings. The motion was
seconded by Bob Burr and approved (8-0).
b. September 2001 Meeting in Cortez.
Action: A motion was made by Carolyn Mcintosh to approve. The motion was
seconded by Eric Wilkinson and approved (8-0).

4. Directors' Reports-DNR, AGO, CWCB, SEa, DOW and WRPDA
Action: These items were taken inclusively. Information item, no action taken,
although an Agricultural/Water Issues Workshop was requested by the Board
for the January, 2002 meeting.

5. Consent Agenda
Action: A motion was made by David Smith that the Board adopt and approve the
items on the Consent Agenda. The motion was seconded by Don Schwindt
and approved (8-0).

6.a-f Attorney General's Report and Legal Briefing
Action: After the AG report and public discussion of possible Executive Session items,
a motion was made by Carolyn Mcintosh that the Board go into Executive
Session to discuss Black Canyon of the Gunnison Reserved Water Right
Quantification, the City of Golden appeal and the Town of Breckenridge and
Eagle River Water and Sanitation District proposed terms and conditions for
Stipulation of Continuance. The motion was seconded by Bob Burr and
approved (8-0).

Action: This item was not a public session based upon the Board's attorney's opinion
