<br />FIANAL SUMMARY MINUTES AND RECORD OF DECISIONS' <br />Corrected and Approved March 21-22, 2002 <br /> <br />Monday, November 19-20, 2001 <br /> <br />Call to Order: 10:00 a.m. <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB) was held at 1313 Sherman <br />Street, Suite 318, Denver, Colorado 80231 at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, November 19-20 2001. The <br />meeting was called to order by Chairman Harold Miske!. Eight voting members were present at <br />the call to order so a quorum was present (at least six required). Board members present on this <br />date were Greg Hoskin, David Smith, Ray Wright, Don Schwindt, Carolyn Mcintosh, Eric <br />Wilkinson, Bob Burr, Harold Miskel, Don Ament, Hal Simpson, Russell George, Greg Walcher, <br />Felicity Hannay (representing Attorney General Ken Salazar and counsel to the Board with other <br />AG staff Linda Bassi, Wendy Weiss and Susan Schneider present),and Rod Kuharich. <br /> <br />Note: While Board's consideration of agenda items doesn't always follow the sequence <br />indicated by the agenda numbers, these minutes are listed in agenda item order for easier <br />reference. <br /> <br />Workshop (9:00 -10:00 a.m.) <br />Review of Strategic Plan <br /> <br />1. Review and Approval of Agenda <br /> <br />Action: <br /> <br />Track 1, Start/Stop: 0000/01 09 <br />A motion was made by David Smith to approve and accept revised Agenda as <br />presented dated November 16, 2001. The Motion was seconded by Bob Burr <br />and approved (8-0). <br /> <br />Next meeting dates and locations: <br /> <br />January 23-24, 2002 <br />March 21-22, 2002 <br />May 20-21 , 2002 <br />July 22-23, 2002 <br />September 23-24, 2002 <br /> <br />(Denver) <br />(Aurora) <br />(Pueblo) <br />(Gunnison) <br />(Alamosa) <br /> <br />Ray Wright respectively requested that the September meeting be moved to <br />September 9-10,2002. <br /> <br />Action: <br /> <br />Track 1, Start/Stop: 0109/5247 <br />The Board approved the dates and locations with exceptions of the May <br />meeting to be moved to Sterling, Colorado and the September meeting <br />possibly moved to the 9th and 10th. Staff will research the possibilities. <br /> <br />1 A complete record of the meeting has been made on Compact Disc (CD). The CD and the associated written materials are the only legal record <br />of the meeting. These written summaries are intended only as an aid to research and a guide to the CD. The motions described herein may not <br />represent a verbatim transcription. Agenda items are presented in numerical order, according to the Agenda for the meeting. CD numbers and <br />approximate locations are identified for the beginning and the end of each agenda item. <br /> <br />The complete record of this meeting is available at the ewes office during regular office hours. Arrangements to make copies of the tapes or <br />written transcripts of specific agenda items maybe produced at the requestor's expense.
