Monday, November 19-20, 2001

Call to Order: 10:00 a.m.

A regular meeting of the Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB) was held at 1313 Sherman
Street, Suite 318, Denver, Colorado 80231 at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, November 19-20 2001. The
meeting was called to order by Chairman Harold Miske!. Eight voting members were present at
the call to order so a quorum was present (at least six required). Board members present on this
date were Greg Hoskin, David Smith, Ray Wright, Don Schwindt, Carolyn Mcintosh, Eric
Wilkinson, Bob Burr, Harold Miskel, Don Ament, Hal Simpson, Russell George, Greg Walcher,
Felicity Hannay (representing Attorney General Ken Salazar and counsel to the Board with other
AG staff Linda Bassi, Wendy Weiss and Susan Schneider present),and Rod Kuharich.

Note: While Board's consideration of agenda items doesn't always follow the sequence
indicated by the agenda numbers, these minutes are listed in agenda item order for easier
reference.

Review of Strategic Plan

1. Review and Approval of Agenda

Action:

A motion was made by David Smith to approve and accept revised Agenda as
presented dated November 16, 2001. The Motion was seconded by Bob Burr
and approved (8-0).

May 20-21 , 2002
July 22-23, 2002
September 23-24, 2002

Ray Wright respectively requested that the September meeting be moved to
September 9-10,2002.

Action:

Track 1, Start/Stop: 0109/5247
The Board approved the dates and locations with exceptions of the May
meeting to be moved to Sterling, Colorado and the September meeting
possibly moved to the 9th and 10th. Staff will research the possibilities.
