Mr. McLaughlin would <br />you care to make a report on that?" <br /> <br />Mr. McLaughlin gave the following report: <br /> <br />COLORADO WATER CONSERVATION BOARD --- U. S. GEOLOGICAL SURVEY <br />COOPERATIVE GROUND-WATER PROGRAJ~ <br />FISCAL YEAR 1959 <br /> <br />It is planned that the cooperative program for the <br />fiscal year beginning July 1, 1958 will consist of the continua- <br />tion of the following projects. <br /> <br />1. Prowers County <br /> <br />Field work on this project will be completed by the <br />fall of 1958 and preliminary maps will be made avail- <br />able to the public before July 1, 1959. Work will be <br />started on the comprehensive report on the county and <br />it is hoped that the manuscript will be largely com- <br />pleted by the end of the fiscal year. <br /> <br />2. Yuma County <br /> <br />Field work (including extensive test drilling) will be <br />completed by fall and maps will be available to the <br />public by the end of the fis~year. In addition, a <br />comprehensive manuscript report will be completed by <br />the end of the fiscal year. <br /> <br />Washinqton County <br /> <br />3 . <br /> <br />This will be the second year of a three-year project <br />to make a detailed study of the county. Field work <br />will be about three-fourths complete by the end of <br />the fiscal year and work will be started toward the <br />compilation of the field data and the report. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Denver Metropolitan Area <br />This will be the third year in a five-year project to <br />
