The winter flow recommendation of 0.5 cfs is available at <br />least 50% of the time from August 15th - April 30th. <br /> <br />Precipitation Data <br />Staff reviewed local precipitation data sets from one site located around the Muddy Creek <br />Drainage (see Precipitation Data in Appendix C). This site is named, Paonia 3SE. Table 3 <br />shows the water year and the percent of average precipitation recorded for this site.
