One of the <br />first things they might stop watering would be parks. What social <br />impact would this have on the people of the intercity, for instance. <br />Of course, the social impact of the people who live in or near the res- <br />ervoir sites because it certainly will change their social patterns <br />as growth develops in their area probably at a more 'rapid rate than it <br />would if the project were not in their area. <br /> <br />Mr. Stapleton: At this first stage, you make no recommendations as to <br />any of the three plans, is that right or what happens there? <br /> <br />Mr. Shuvler: At this point <br />choose a recommended plan. <br />together yet. <br /> <br />in time, we will not. By Oct- <br />ober 31, we should have both an impact statement draft and a proposed <br />regional director's report ready for review by both state and federal <br />agencies.
