M. <br /> <br />MR. STAPLETON: <br /> <br />"Ladies and gentlemen, I would like to call <br />this special meeting of the Colorado Water Con- <br />servation Board to order. If the people who <br />wish to speak from the audience will use the <br />microphone by that podium we will appreciate it. <br />It has a long cord on it and this is one meetipg <br />that Mrs. Keating would like to record completely <br />accurately, as she has done.all of those in the <br />past. So that the Board can have <br />some idea as to the length of time it will take <br />to conduct this meeting, I'd like everyone who <br />would like to speak (and we will try and give <br />everyone full and complete coverage) to please <br />indicate on a sheet of yellow paper up here on <br />Mrs. Keating's desk who you are and who you <br />represent, so that we may conduct this as <br />orderly as possible and give everybody an oppor- <br />tunity to present their views. will anybody <br />who desires to speak please come up and give us <br />your name." <br />
