After some ~ <br /> <br /> <br />additional discussion among Board members, it was concluded <br /> <br />that the Board should continue, at least for the moment, to <br /> <br />act upon applications in the order in which they are <br /> <br />received. <br /> <br />Returning to the feasibility study for the Beeman <br /> <br />Company, Mr. Gormley moved, seconded by Mr. McDonald, that <br /> <br />the Board proceed with a feasibility study on this proposed <br /> <br />project, subject to the following terms and conditions: <br /> <br />(1) That the entities involved be required to pay 50 <br /> <br />percent of the feasibility study, with the other <br /> <br />50 percent to be paid from the construction fund, <br /> <br />(2) That the Board's contribution toward the <br /> <br />feasibility study be included as part of the <br /> <br />construction cost of the project if and when it is <br /> <br />recommended to and authorized for construction by <br /> <br />the General Assembly, and <br /> <br />Li <br />
