Vandemoer <br /> <br />Mr. Fetcher requested that <br /> <br />the Board include under Agenda Item 4, concerning the review <br /> <br />of pending state legislatio~ a discussion of the Board's <br /> <br />policy with respect to the metering of municipalities for <br /> <br />which it is proposed that construction fund monies be used <br /> <br />for raw water storage projects. In response to a question <br /> <br />from Mr. Fetcher, Mr. McDonald indicated that Agenda Item ~ <br /> <br />concerning the review of pending Federal legislatio~would <br />include a discussion of a bill introduced in the 97th <br /> <br />Congress to amend Section 404 of the Clean Water Act. There <br /> <br />being no further discussion, Mr. Gormley moved, seconded by <br /> <br />Mr. Vandemoer, that the agenda, as revised, be approved.
