Under these circumstances he noted that it was the staff's

recommendation that the requested feasibility study not be

performed by the Board in light of the fact that the proposed

project was not in conformance with the Board's recently

adopted policies nor was it in conformance with Section

37-60-119 (1), ~S 1973, as amended, which provides that

recreational facilities may be funded only to the extent that

they are ancillary to other purposes. After brief

discussion, Mr. McDonald moved, seconded by Dr. Danielson,

that the Board not conduct a feasibility study on the

proposed project. There being no further discussion, the

motion passed by unanimous voice vote
