In this regard, Mr. Kroeger called upon ~

proposed project entailed improving the distribution system

for treated water within the town.

In response to this, Mr.

McDonald noted that the Board's recently adopted policies,

which were apparently going to be amended lnto the statutes

by the General Assembly, would provide that such projects no

longer be funded from monies from the construction fund.

Mr. McDonald then provided a brief introduction to the

proposed feasibility studies for the towns of Mead, Grand

Lake, Erie, and Louisville. He noted ~ while each one of

them constituted a project which would increase the raw water
