Mr. McDonald then proceeded to review for the Board <br /> <br />the proposed feasibility study on the Fuchs Dam (see Appendix <br /> <br />H). Following Mr. McDonald's presentatIon, Mike Fuchs, <br /> <br />representing Fuchs Ranches, Inc., responded to a few <br /> <br />questions from Board members. In particular, in response to <br /> <br />a question from Mr. Robbins, Mr. Fuchs indicated that it was <br /> <br />the intent of the corporation to continue using the water <br /> <br /> <br />stored and developed by the Fuchs~m for irrigation <br /> <br /> <br />purposes. Mr. Danielson also raised questions about the need <br /> <br />to include in the feasibility study an examination of the <br /> <br />desirability of increasing the capacity of the outlet works <br /> <br />on the dam in order that the reservoir can pass those amounts <br /> <br /> <br />of water which ~ired ~ pursuant to the provisions of <br /> <br /> <br />the Rio Grande~ompact. After additional brief discussion, <br /> <br />L- <br /> <br />Dr. Danielson moved, seconded by Mr. McDonald, that the Board <br /> <br />perform a feasibility study of the proposed project, with <br /> <br />said feasibility study to include an analysis of the capacity <br /> <br />of the outlet works and with said feasibility study being <br /> <br />subject to the same conditions contained in the motion <br /> <br />concerning the Beeman project.
