ing that. we'll have a minimum of about S.3
million acre-feet available when spring runoffs
start next year.

Now moving on to our general investigation
program and feasibility investigations, feasi-
bility designs and estimates have been completed
for all project features on the Battlement Mesa
project. Draft copies of reports have been re-
ceived from the Bureau of outdoor Recreation and
the Forest Service. With respect to the Bureau
of outdoor Recreation report, a meeting was
scheduled for December 6 to discuss the Bureau
of Reclamation report findings and recommenda-
tions. preliminary values have been received
from the Bureau of Sport Fisheries and Wildlife's
report and we expect to receive 'the report
shortly. preparation of the designs and esti-
mates and financial analysis appendices are
under way. All other appendices are complete
and the proposed feasibility report is scheduled
for completion in February 1967.

Plan formulation studies, water supply
studies, and agricultural economic studies are
continuing on the Bluestone project. A founda-
tion exploration program has been laid out for
the Parachute damsite and drilling will be under-
taken this winter. The proposed feasibility
report is scheduled for completion 'in mid F.Y.
1968.

On the Grand Mesa Project plan formulation
studies and water supply studies are in progress.
Foundation explorations at Electric Mountain
damsite were completed.

with regard to the aerial topographic maps
for the ElectiicMountain Service Canal, a meet-
ing was held with the contractor and agreements
were reached as to corrections the contractor
needed to accomplish to make the data complete
and acceptable under the contract. The contrac-
tor has submitted all data called for under the
contract but final checking has not been com-
