Historic use of water ril!:hts for which change is soulZht: <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Hamilton-Davidson Ditch: Applicant's interest in the Hamilton-Davidson Ditch <br />water rights that are sought to be changed by this application have historically <br />been used to irrigate approximately 91.7% of the 25.3 acres of hay meadows <br />generally depicted on the map attached hereto as Exhibit A as historically <br />irrigated by the subject Hamilton-Davidson Ditch water rights. By separate <br />application filed with the District Court, Water Division No.5, GRC Residence <br />LLLP and Blue River Ranch LLC have requested a change of water rights for that <br />portion of the Hamilton-Davidson Ditch water rights that have historically been <br />used to irrigate the remaining 8.3% of the 25.3 acres of hay meadows generally <br />depicted on the map attached hereto as Exhibit A (the "GRC Application") as <br />historically irrigated by the subject Hamilton-Davidson Ditch water rights. <br />Summaries of available diversion records for the Hamilton-Davidson Ditch water <br />rights are shown on the table attached hereto as Exhibit B. The location of the <br />Hamilton-Davidson Ditch is depicted on the map attached hereto as Exhibit A. <br /> <br />B. Sarah Ditch: Applicant's interest in the Sarah Ditch water rights that are sought <br />to be changed by this application have historically been used to irrigate <br />approximately 91.7% of the 49.5 acres of hay meadows generally depicted on the <br />map attached hereto as Exhibit A as historically irrigated by the subject Sarah <br />Ditch water rights. The GRC Application also requests a change of water rights <br />for that portion of the Sarah Ditch water rights that have historically been used to <br />irrigate the remaining 8.3% of the 49.5 acres of hay meadows generally depicted <br />on the map attached hereto as Exhibit A as historically irrigated by the subject <br />Sarah Ditch water rights. Summaries of available diversion records for the Sarah <br />Ditch water right are shown on Exhibit C attached hereto.
