C. Hinderlider <br />P. S. Elting <br />George J. Bailey <br />J. M. Dille <br />Wayne N. Aspinall <br />Ed:w. D. Foster <br />John B. 0 'Rourke <br /> <br />Alamo sa <br />Pueblo <br />Denver <br />Hot Sulphur Springs <br />Walden <br />Ft. Mol' gan <br />Palisades <br />Denver <br />Durango <br /> <br />Others Present: <br /> <br />Clifford H. Stone - Attorney for Colorado Water Conservation Board <br />C. L. Patterson, Chief Engineer, Colorado Water Conservation Board <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at lO:OO o'clock A.M. by <br />Chris Wallrich, Vice-chainnan. <br /> <br />Minutes were read and corrected as follows: The minutes of the <br />meeting of September 6, 1938, as reported on page 38 of the minute book were <br />corrected to read as follows: "It was moved by tIT. Dille, seconded by Miss <br />Pointer that the Board hold regular quarterly meetings commencing on the third <br />Tuesday in January, 1939, and such quarterly meetings be held on the third <br />Tuesday of January, April, July, October and on the third ~~uesday of said <br />months of each year thereafter until further order of the Board, and that <br />special meetings be held upon call as provided by,the statute creating the <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board." , <br /> <br />After the correction vras made as above noted, it was moved by <br />Mr. Aspinall, seconded by Mr. Hinderlider, that the minutes of September 6, <br />1938, be approved. Upon vote being taken, said motion was duly carried. <br /> <br />Thereupon discussion ensued concerning the public:ation of the <br />a:tlllual report of the State Engineer and it was announced b;,' Judge Stone that <br />pursuant to action of the Colorado Water Conservation Board heretofore taken, <br />effort would be made to obtain the cost of publication through the State <br />Publication F'und, and that if such effort were unsuccessful, the report would <br />be published at the expense of the Colorado Water Conservation Board. <br /> <br />.Thereupon Judge Stone made a report to the Board with particular <br />reference to applications for PNA irrigation projects. <br /> <br />It was moved by Mr. Foster, seconded by Mr. Dille, and the motion <br />after consideration was duly passed and approved that Judge Stone be instructed <br />
