I really thiruc the U.S.G.S. figures and
the ana leg m.odel answers show that there may
be en.ough water fer the decreed rights and
s.ome pumping, but it will have to be regulated
bef.ore it is all w.orked .out. H.owever. it must
be d.one with an .open mind and net with the
attitude 'the law and every.one else be damned.
