While you were securing those <br />lands and waters we wanted to work with you <br />so that we could pick up the loose ends of <br />water rights and lands necessary for recrea- <br />tion with state funds. I am gratified to note <br />that you are still very much aware of that <br />1962 letter and your people had it in hand <br />in the office yesterday. We will effect the <br />necessary coordination with the Colorado De- <br />partment of Game, Fish and Parks so that we <br />can work together in securing those water <br />rights." <br /> <br />"Are there any other comments or questions <br />from members of the Board? I would like to have some ex- <br />planation, if you know at this time, of the <br />particular reason for locating that road at <br />that place. The reason that I ask this ques- <br />tion, I believe that road goes almost entirely <br />through one ownership, the C.F. & I. So we <br />are wondering the purpose for locating the <br />road at that place, when you are not serving <br />
