5 (2) The moneys appropriated in subsection (I) ofthis section shall
6 remain available for the designated purposes until the project is
7 completed.
8 SECTION 11. Statewide tamarisk field survey- appropriation.
9 (1) In addition to any other appropriation, there is hereby appropriated,

10 out of any moneys in the Colorado water conservation board construction

II fund not otherwise appropriated, to the Colorado water conservation

12 board, the sum of fifty-two thousand five hundred dollars ($52,500), or

13. so much thereof as may be necessary, for the board to participate in an

14 inventory of acres infested by tamarisk and other non-native inyasive

15 phreatophytes in the Arkansas and Colorado River basins in cooperation

16 with the tamarisk coalition and the United States department of the

17 interior.

18 (2) The moneys appropriated in subseclion (I) of this section shall

19 remain available for the designated purposes until the project is

20 completed.

SECTION 12. Continuation of the South Platte decision

22 support system - appropriation. (I) In addition to any other

23 appropriation, there is hereby appropriated, out of any moneys in the

24 Colorado water conservation board construction fund not otherwise

25 appropriated, to the Colorado water conservation board, the sum of two

26 million five hundred thousand dollars ($2,500,000), or so much thereof

27 as may be necessary, for the board to continue development ofthe South
