2 Colorado water conservation board, the sum of two hundred fifteen

3 thousand dollars ($215,000), or so much thereofas may be necessary, for

4 the board to continue to assist with the preparation of revised and
5 improved flood plain studies and maps for communities throughout
6 Colorado and participate in federally sponsored flood plain map

7 modernization activities.

8 (2) The moneys appropriated in subsection (1) of this section shall
9 remain available for the designated purposes until the project is
10 completed.
11 SECTION 9. Weather modification program - appropriation.
12 (1) In addition to any other appropriation, there is hereby appropriated,

13 out of any moneys in the Colorado water conservation board construction

14 fund not otherwise appropriated, to the Colorado water conservation

15 board, the sum oftwenty thousand dollars ($20,000), or so much thereof

16 as may be necessary, for the board to assist water conservation and

17 conservancy districts with the development of cloud seeding programs

18 that provide benefits to recreation, streams, and reservoirs through

19 snow pack enhancement.

20 (2) The moneys appropriated in subsection (1) ofthis section shall
21 remain available for the designated purposes until the project is
22 completed.

SECTION 10.

Flood hazard mitigation program

24 appropriation. (1) In addition to any other appropriation, there IS

25 hereby appropriated, out of any moneys in the Colorado water

26 conseryation board construction fund not otherwise appropriated, to the

27 Colorado water conservation board, the sum of seventy-five thousand
