<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />District has an agreement for the participation in the project during of the recreational facilities <br />with the Corps. Presently, it is questionable if they can be in the Board's ROW. <br /> <br />The City of Littleton has requested that the Board consider the insurance of a "Revocable <br />License" to applicants who make a request for the usage of State lands by a private concern. The <br />City uses this type of permit for private parties who request a use of City lands. <br /> <br />Clearly Easement Report Nos. I and' 2 would each involve the CWCB granting an <br />easement to a private party. If denied, what considerations should the staff give to the <br />applicants? Easement Report No.3 would involve the CWCB granting an easement to a public <br />entity. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Based on the advice from the Office of Attorney General, the staff recommends that the <br />easement requests contained in Easement Reports No.1 and No.2 be denied by the Board. The <br />staff does recommend that Easement Report No.3 and the attached contract be approved and staff <br />proceed with the execution of the contract. <br />
