The proposed <br />pipeline will be a 12-inch diameter ductile iron pipe from the outlet pipe on Cabin Reservoir to an existing pipe 5,300 <br />feet upstream of the Town's water treattnent plant. The pipe will be installed along the access road that runs through the <br />narrow rocky canyon of Cottonwood Creek. Del-Mont Consultants, Inc. of Montrose, CO. has completed the design . <br />plans with construction scheduled to commence during the summer of 1999. <br /> <br />. San Luis VaHev Canal Comoanv - Diversion Structure Rehabilitation <br /> <br />Authorization: SB 97-008 County: Rio Grande - E of Monte Vista <br />Water Source: Rio Grande River Project Yield: 25,000 ac.ft. <br />Tenns of Loan: $188,000 @3.75%for30years Project Type: Diversion Structure Rehab. <br />This project is the rehabilitation of the San Luis VaHey Canal Company's Rio Grande River diversion structure. The <br />project is located in Rio Grande County, 3 miles east of Monte Vista. The Alamosa office of the Natural Resource <br />Conservation Service has prepared the design plans with the CWCB staff preparing the construction contract documents. <br />Project construction has been re- scheduled to commence in late July 2000 and be completed in late 2000. <br /> <br />. Riverside Reservoir and Land Companv - Riverside Reservoir Spillwav Rehabilitation <br /> <br />Authorization: SB 98-1189 County: Weld-NW of Wiggins <br />Water Source: South Platte River Project Yield: 200 ac.ft. <br />Tenns of Loan: $450,000 @ 3.75% for 20 yrs.Project Typ~: Spillway Rehabilitation <br />This project is the construction of an emergency spillway on the Riverside Reservoir Dam, located II miles northwest of <br />Wiggins in Weld County. The State Engineer h'!5 placed a storage restriction on the reservoir until an emergency <br />spillway is completed. The Riverside Reservoir and Land Company contracted with.W.W. Wheeler and Associates of <br />Denver to prepare construction plans and specifications. The State Engineer's office is currently reviewing the plans <br />with construction scheduled to commence and be completed in late 2000. <br /> <br />. Consolidated Mutual Water Companv - Fortune Reservoir Dam Construction <br /> <br />. Authorization: SB 99-173 County: Jefferson - NW of Arvada <br />Water Source: Clear Creek Project Yield: 8,869 ac.ft. <br />Tenns of Loan: $IO,OOO,OOO@4.75%for 10 years Project Type: New Dam Construction <br />This project is the construction of a new 9,000 acre-foot reservoir northwest of Arvada The project consists of a 105- <br />foot high, zoned earth embankment, Probable Maximum Flood emergency spillway, with a 30-inch diameter outlet pipe. <br />The Company has contracted with Tuttle-Applegate, Inc. of Denver to prepare the final design drawings and <br />construction contract documents.
