M. <br /> <br />MR. STAPLETON: <br /> <br />MR. SMITH: <br /> <br />MR. STAPLETON; <br /> <br />MR. CORNELIUS, <br /> <br />MR. GOODWIN: <br /> <br />MR. STAPLETON: <br /> <br />I'd like to recognize Bill Smith, sit- <br />ting in as the state engineer at this meeting. <br />Bill, nice to have you with us." <br /> <br />"Thank you." <br /> <br />"The first agenda item is the approval <br />of the minutes of the Board meeting of <br />August 6, 1969. which have been previously <br />submitted to the Board. Are there any <br />additions or corrections to the minutes as <br />submitted? If not, I'd entertain a motion <br />that they be approved." <br /> <br />"Mr. Chairman, I so move." <br /> <br />"I'll second." <br /> <br />"It has been regularly moved and seconded <br />that the miautes of the August 6, 1969, Board <br />meeting be approved as submitted. All those <br />in favor signify by saying 'aye'; opposed - <br />the minutes are so approved. <br /> <br />Mrs. Keating has not asked me but I <br />know she will soon. As you know, in this I <br />inflationary period the price of the luncheon . <br />has only gone to $3.35. She would like to <br />have everybody that is going to the luncheon <br />who hasn't bought their ticket, to buy it <br />right now at this bargain price so that we <br />can arrange for the luncheon at noon. <br />
