Attempt to achieve a consensus among study participants on water supply <br />strategies. <br /> <br />Task 13- Recommendations for an Ongoing Planning and Implementation Process <br /> <br />Recommend an ongoing process to continue and regularly update the state-wide planning <br />framework which will result from the study. The ongoing process will include as a <br />minimum: database maintenance, plan or strategy revisions resulting from further studies <br />or deliberations and public information and involvement activities. <br /> <br />13a. Prepare recommendations for an ongoing planning and implementation process. <br /> <br />13b. Review recommendations in local and basin meetings and with the study <br />advisory group and the CWCB. <br /> <br />Task 14 - Studv Database Development <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Develop a computerized study database to archive information and for use as a tool in the <br />ongoing planning process as described in Task 13. The database will include study <br />reports, bibliographies, analyses, programs, maps, drawings and other documentation <br />prepared or collected for this study. <br /> <br />14a. Review the database needs and format with the CWCB staff and the study <br />advisory group. <br /> <br />14b. Select appropriate computer software. <br /> <br />14c. Prepare the study database. <br /> <br />Task 15 - Studv Documentation <br /> <br />The work done in each of the above study tasks will be fully documented in task <br />memoranda, in a final study report orreports and in the database described in Task 14. <br />All written products should conform to the Report Writing Guidelines in Appendix C of <br />the Guidelines for Financial Assistance through the Colorado Water Conservation Board <br />Construction Fund. Exceptions to the Report Writing Guidelines should be discussed <br />with the CWCB staff. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />15a. Prepare a task memorandum at the completion of each major work task to <br />briefly summarize the work completed. <br /> <br />13 <br />
