It is a cer- <br />tainty that the jurisdictional problem <br />will continue to grow unless we can <br />finally arrive at some cohesive type of <br />metropolitan government." <br /> <br />MR. They do have <br />a problem in that they will have no funds <br />until 1971. However, they do have borrow- <br />ing authority and I assume they will bor- <br />row some money against the anticipated <br />revenues which will come in in 1971. <br /> <br />Our staff has prepared a map of this <br />new district showing the boundaries. Those <br />maps are available in our office if anyone <br />is interested in getting a copy. <br /> <br />We've made arrangements to have lunch <br />here today downstairs at $3.30 a head." <br /> <br />MR.
