Lochhead seconded the nomination. Mr. Smith moved. seconded by .
Mr. Getches. that the nominations be closed and the Board cast
a unanimous ballot for Mr. Robbins. Motion adopted unanimously.

Mr. Robbins assumed the Chair and called for nominations
for Vice Chairman.

Mr. Lochhead nominated Mr. Smith. Mr. Johnston seconded i
the nomination. Mr.. Smith nominated Mr. Lochhead. Mr.
Johnston seconded the nomination. Mr. Smith requested that his
name be withdrawn. In the abs~nce of additional nominations
for Vice Chairman. Chairman Robbins declared that Mr. Lochhead
had been elected as Vice Chairman.

Mr. Johnston moved. second~d by Mr. Smith. that the draft
minutes of the May 3. 1985. BO&rd meeting be approved subject
to editorial corrections as de~med appropriate. Motion adopted
unanimously.
