<br />. <br /> <br />Progress of the La Plata County Rural Domestic Water Study ($20,000), the Southern High <br />Plains Ground Water Management Study ($10,000), and a few other FY99 projects has been slow. <br />The staff has since identified several other projects that might warrant consideration provided some <br />of these funds may be reallocated. It would be a good idea to run any proposed changes by the water <br />subcommittee of the MEGA Board. <br /> <br />The new ideas include the projects identified in the attached memo by Larry Lang and the most <br />of the projects to be presented under agenda item 16 at this meeting. Specifically, these projects <br />include: <br /> <br />South Platte River Decision Support System Scoping Initiative <br />El Paso County Water Authority Water Study <br />Colorado Climate Center - Colo. Staff recommends the Board ratify the proposed revised budget for the project expenditures in <br />FY 1999 and FY 2000 from funds available to the CWCB from the Severance Tax Trust Fund <br />Operational Account.
