Dutoher, representing the Gunnison Watershed ConserVlll'~on Committee;; <br />was read. In this letter Mr. Dutoher stated that neither he nor Ralph t. Carr ; <br />was able to be present, and, therefore, their comments were submitted by his <br />letter. Mr. If. S.
