<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. Evaluate existing undecreed uses in these basins utilizing the mapping and GIS coyerage, <br />and <br />. Analyze water ayailability and factor in the estimated depletions of the existing <br />undecreed uses in the basins affected by the proposed instream flow appropriations to <br />provide the public and the Board a better understanding of the potential impacts of the <br />instream flow appropriations as well as the future water deyelopment potential. <br /> <br />After June 30, 2005, Staff anticipates a more detailed analysis of the existing depletions and <br />future water needs for the basins affected by the proposed instream flow appropriations. The <br />North Fork Improyement Association (Jeff Crane) is currently deyeloping a letter to be sent to all <br />landowners in the affected area describing the CWCB's intent to appropriate and informing them <br />to file applications for their water rights with the water court if they haye not done so. Staff will <br />work with the contested parties and the entities listed above to deyelop terms and conditions that <br />address existing and future uses. A copy of Kelly DiNatale's notes is also attached to proyide <br />more information on the issues and/or concerns as well as the proposed work plan. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation <br />Staff recommends that the Board adopt the modified schedule for all of the contested cases. <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> <br />5 <br />
