<br />a question and answer method, written statement or a oral statement <br />in making their presentation to the board. Any presenter of oral <br />or written information shall be subject to cross examination by <br />Staff, supporters or opposers following completion of each <br />presenters portion of the overall presentation. <br /> <br />Time Limits. The Supporters as a group shall be limited to 2 <br />hours for their presentation and any cross examination of other <br />presenters. The Opponents shall also be limited to 2 hours for <br />their presentation and any cross examination of other presenters. <br />The Supporters and Opponents shall be limited to 30 minutes each <br />for summation or response. Members of the public and spokesmen for <br />public agencies that are not part of the supporter or opposer <br />groups will be limited in presentation time. The amount of time <br />available for these presentations will be set in the discretion of <br />the Board Chair depending on the length of the meeting and the <br />number of persons in this category that desire to speak. Written <br />comments may be submitted in lieu of oral testimony by any member <br />of the public or public agency. <br />
