After some additional <br /> <br />1 <br />i <br />,. <br />f <br />!' <br />,. <br />; <br />, <br /> <br />discussions, Mr. Johnston moved, seconded by Mr. Furneaux, <br /> <br />that the motion be tabled until the next regularly scheduled <br /> <br />Board meeting. The motion was declared defeated on a voice <br /> <br />vote. At the suggestion of Mr. Robbins, Mr. Kroeger recessed <br /> <br />the Board for 15 minutes. <br /> <br />Upon reconvening, there was further brief discussion <br /> <br />about the transmoutain diversion issue, at the close of which <br /> <br />Mr. MacFarlane called for the question. The motion passed on <br /> <br />an unanimous voIce vote. Mr McDonald was instructed by <br /> <br />the Board to send the newly adopted policy statement to the <br /> <br />legislative leadership and to all applicants who had requests <br /> <br />for feasibility studies before the Board. <br /> <br />Mr. McDonald then turned to Agenda Item No.4, <br />concerning legislation pending before the General Assembly. <br /> <br />He reported briefly on S.B. 439, S.B. 19, S.B. 414, H.B. 503, <br /> <br /> <br />H.B. 1119, H.B. 1141, H.B. 1498, H.B. 1357, and H.B. 1589. <br /> <br />There was no dIscussion other than a brIef comment by <br /> <br />-13- <br /> <br />. <br />
