<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />Oral and/or written comments, subject to reasonable limitations established <br />by the Board, may be made directly to the Board during the public meeting. <br /> <br />11 c. Public Agencv Recommendations. Prior to taking an ISF action pursuant to Rules 5 <br />or 6, the Board shall request recommendations from the Division of Wildlife and the <br />Division of Parks and Outdoor Recreation. The Board shall also request <br />recommendations from the United States Department of Agriculture and the United <br />States Department of Interior. The Board may also request comments from other <br />interested persons or agencies as it deems appropriate. <br /> <br />Prior to taking an ISF action pursuant to Rules 7, 8, 9, or 10, the Board may request <br />recommendations from the Division of Wildlife, the Division of Parks and Outdoor <br />Recreation, the Division of Water Resources, the United States Department of <br />Agriculture, the United States Department of Interior or other persons as it deems <br />appropriate. <br /> <br />lId. Board Procedures. At a regular or special Board meeting, the Board may, as <br />necessary, adopt or amend procedures to supplement these rules. <br /> <br />12. SEVERABILITY. fu the event that any section or subsection of these Rules are judged to <br />be invalid by a court of law or are allowed to expire by the General Assembly, the remaining Rules <br />shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />24 <br /> <br />I <br />
