I hope we <br />can carry on in that tradition. Let I S get out of the way the routine <br />matter, the approval of the minutes of the board meeting on September 18. <br />1974. These minutes have been previously submitted to the Board. <br /> <br />Mr. Cornelius: I move they be approved. <br /> <br />Mr. Fetcher: Second the motion <br /> <br />Mr. Staaleton: It has been moved and seconded that the minutes be <br />approve. All in favor signify by saying aye. <br /> <br />(Chorus of ayes.) <br /> <br />Mr. Stapleton: Opposed? <br /> <br />(No response.) <br /> <br />Mr. Stapleton: The minutes are ordered approved as submitted. <br /> <br />In looking at the agenda, I would like to have any persons who would <br />like to speak on the Dallas Creek project, which is agenda item No.3, <br />to identify themselves with Mary Martel, the nice young lady in green <br />up here.
