It comes with the friendship and respect of us all. And I note that Mrs. Edith Nelson is here, and I am sure that many of the things you have accomplished, is because you had some good help. Mr. Stapleton: Dave, that was very fitting, and we appreciate that very much. I Mr; Crandall: Maybe you would like to stand up, Mrs. Nelson, so every- body can see how you really are. (Mrs. Nelson stood up in the audience.) (Applause from the audience.) Mr. Stapleton: Well, that was a fine start to the meeting. I hope we can carry on in that tradition. Let I S get out of the way the routine matter, the approval of the minutes of the board meeting on September 18. 1974. These minutes have been previously submitted to the Board. Mr. Cornelius: I move they be approved. Mr. Fetcher: Second the motion Mr. Staaleton: It has been moved and seconded that the minutes be approve. All in favor signify by saying aye. (Chorus of ayes.) Mr. Stapleton: Opposed? (No response.) Mr. Stapleton: The minutes are ordered approved as submitted. In looking at the agenda, I would like to have any persons who would like to speak on the Dallas Creek project, which is agenda item No.3, to identify themselves with Mary Martel, the nice young lady in green up here.
