This component would be limited to the true annual 0, M, & <br />R costs of Reclamation and Western for operation of CRSP power <br />generation and transmission facilities. <br /> <br />2. This component would be adjusted annually according to <br />pre-defined established procedures, <br /> <br />Power Allocation Components <br /> <br />1. These two components would cover the repayment with <br /> <br /> <br />interest of costs allocable, as per the 1956 CRSP Act, to <br /> <br /> <br />hydropower purposes. <br /> <br />2. Power customers would have the option of accelerated or <br />deferred repayment schedules so long as repayment was made <br />within the time period permitted by the 1956 CRSP Act. <br /> <br />Irriqation Assistance Component <br /> <br />1. This component would cover the repayment without interest <br />of costs allocable, per the 1956 CRSP Act, to irrigation <br />purposes which are beyond the irrigators' ability to repay. <br />Costs to be repaid would include the allocable costs of all <br />CRSP storage units and participating projects funded by <br />Congressional appropriations pursuant to the 1956 CRSP Act. <br /> <br />-3- <br />
