(Mr. Get~ was not present at this meeting.) <br /> <br />Mr. Fetcher called for discussion on Agenda Item 16, <br />Floodplain Designations (see Appendix 0). There being no <br />discussions or objections on the floodplain designations <br />recommended by the staff, Mr. Grant moved, seconded by <br />Mr. Jackson, that the staff recommendations be approved. The <br />motion was adopted by unanimous voice vote. <br /> <br />The final item on the Agenda Item 17, Cache la poudre <br />Project Study was introduced by Mr. Fetcher. Mr. McDonald <br />briefed the Board on the plans for conducting the public hearing <br />and for receiving comments on the study. Following a briefing on <br />the Final Report the meeting would be recessed and the Board <br />would travel to Fort Collins for the purpose of receiving public <br />comments in a meeting to be reconvened at 7:00 p.m. in the Fort <br />Collins City Council Chambers. Mr. McDonald then asked Bill <br />Green, Project Manager for the Study to brief the Board on the <br />contents of the final report prepared by Tudor Engineering <br />Company. At the conclusion of the briefing, Mr. Fetcher recessed <br />the meeting at 3:45 p.m. <br /> <br />The meeting was reconvened by Mr. Fetcher at 7:00 p.m. for <br />the purpose of receiving comments from the public on the Cache La <br />poudre Study. <br /> <br />(Minutes of the meeting at Fort Collins will be summarized <br /> <br />following discussion with staff participants.)
