Emmons Mining Co., <br />Authorize Withdrawal of Statements of Opposition <br /> <br />Statements of Opposition were filed in the above referenced <br />cases by the CWCB staff on February 25, 1981 and subsequently <br />ratified by the Board at its September 23, 1981 Board meeting. <br /> <br />Since filing these objections the CWCB staff and the <br />Attorney General's staff have reviewed ~t. Emmon's applications <br />and supporting data and have verified that Mt. Emmon's appropri- <br />ations are in fact senior to the Board's instream flow <br />appropriations.
