We determined <br />at our last meeting, when we had repre- <br />sentatives of various organizations <br />give us their ideas and views, that <br />some legislation was needed at this <br />Session of the Legislature. Unless we <br />can come up with something that has <br />the recommendation of the State Engineer <br />and this Board, I am of the opinion that <br />nothing will be done by this Legisla- <br />ture." <br /> <br />"This being a ground water bill, I <br />believe the local advisory board is a <br />necessary part of it." <br />
