<br />, <br /> <br />b. "Project" shall mean the Fryingpan-Arkansas Project, Colorado. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />c. "Year" shall mean the period beginning on January 1 and ending the following December 31, <br />and the term "annually," as used herein, shall also mean this period of time unless otherwise <br />specified. <br /> <br />d. "Replacement capacity" shall mean that portion of the total capacity of Ruedi Reservoir <br /> <br />required to permit project diversions at times when such diversions could not otherwise be made <br /> <br />because of simultaneous demands of senior diversions in western Colorado existing on <br /> <br />April 30, 1959, and as further defined in Article 6.a. of the operating principles. <br /> <br />e. "Regulatory capacity" shall mean that portion of the total capacity of Ruedi Reservoir not <br />needed for replacement purposes as further defined in Section 6(b) of the Operating Principles, <br />Fryingpan-Arkansas Project. e <br /> <br />f. "Releases" shall mean the release of up to 10,825 acre-feet of water from the outlet works of <br /> <br />Ruedi Reservoir pursuant to the terms and conditions of this agreement. <br /> <br />g. "Operation and maintenance costs" shall mean those costs incurred to operate and maintain <br />Ruedi Reservoir and related facilities, including any administrative, overhead, or general <br />expenses incurred by the United States, either directly or indirectly, in the operation and <br />maintenance of Ruedi Reservoir and in the administration of this contract. <br /> <br />h. "Recovery Program" shall mean the Recovery Implementation Program for the Endangered <br />Fish Species in the Colorado River Basin. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />6 <br />
