<br />Mr. Dille moved the adcption of the following resolutionl
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the State of Colorado for lIlIUly years has been the

<br />Edw. D. Foster, Director of the Colorado State Planning Commission
<br />and a member of the Colorado Water Consenation Board, whose untimely
<br />death ooourred on February 25, 1942) and

<br />WHEREAS, in his offioial oapaoity and beoause of his deep
<br />interest in the development of the resources of the State of
<br />Colorado, Mr. Foster has made an outstanding oontribution to
<br />the state during many years of a distinguished publio career)
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the members of the Colorado
<br />Water Conservation Board that our oondolenoes be extended to Mrs.
<br />Foster and to other members of the family in their grief, and that
<br />we express the hope that from the recolleotien Df the useful and
<br />distinguished career of Edw. D. Foster they will find oomfort and
<br />consolation)
<br />
<br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a nopy of this resolution be sent
<br />to Mrs. Foster, and to other membe~s of' the family.
