The changes were unanimously accepted. Harold Miskel moved that <br />the resolution be adopted after the suggested changes had been made. The motion was <br />seconded. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Motion to continue the September 26-27, 2000 Fourmile Creek and Oil Creek Instream Flow Appropriations Hearing. <br /> <br />Action: <br /> <br />Jellllifer Gimbel explained that the attorney representing the City of Cripple Creek for the Fourmile and Oil <br />Creek hearing has become ill and the city had requested a continuance. As hearing officer, she granted them a <br />continuance on the rebuttal statements until September 1, 2000. The City of Cripple Creek then requested that <br />the Board move the hearing into October. She asked the parties to send written responses for the Board <br />members. These responses were received. Victor Gold Mines also requested that the hearing be postponed. <br />Harold Miskel moved that the request for a continuance be denied. Dave Smith seconded the motion. The <br />motion was approved unanimously.
