<br />, <br /> <br />e Goal 5: The project will provide a listing and explanation of the statutory authorities for <br /> <br />any of the state's governmental bodies, producers, businesses, and others to deal with <br /> <br />a drought situation. <br /> <br />Obiective A : As part of the relational database, the contractor will compile and report the <br /> <br />enabling authorities. The user would,for example, enter "conservation district" and be sent to <br /> <br />the correct citation. As part of this objective, the potentialfor a drought "mutual aid" or <br /> <br />cooperative agreement system that identifies those providers/users who have excess storage or <br /> <br />interruptible supply who could aid those with{}ut, will be assessed. The issues of senior and <br /> <br />junior water rights and compensation must be enumerated and addressed. <br /> <br />e Tasks: <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />5 A 1. Research the authorities <br /> <br />5 A 2. Edit and compile the information <br /> <br />5 A 3. Incorp?rate the information in the databllse and report. <br /> <br />Goal 6: Based upon the needs and findings, this project will include recommendations for <br /> <br />the implementation of the various conservation, storage and distribution activities. <br /> <br />Objective A: The contractor will develop an implementation plan in concert with the advisory <br /> <br />group and project sponsors.
